G. To enforce, by legal means, any and all covenants, regu-
lations, restrictions and-agreements-a-pplicable to Tarpon Bay Villas -
and the By-Laws of the Association: - ~ -
H. To .have all of the coma~on law and statutory powers of a _
corporation not for profs t that are not i n conflict with these -
Articles. - ~ -
- I. To do any and all acts necessary or expediept for carrying-
on any and all-of the activities and pursuing any and all. of the
ob3ects and purposes set forth in these Articles and not forbidden .
by the- laws of the State of Florida. - -
- ARTICLE IV
- MEMBERS - -
A. The members of the Association will consist of the Developer-
whose membership sha 11 continue until Developer is no longer the
.owner of a Parcel or Dwelling Unit in Tarpon Bay Y#llas or for -a -
period of five (5) years from the date of recording in -the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida of the Declaration of Covenan#s,
Restrictions And Easements whichever event first occurs, and Owners -
of Dwelling Units in Tarpon Bay Yil]as; the Property comprising. Tarpon
Bay- Villas, being described as follows: - -

B. There sha71 be two (2) classes of members, as follows: -
(1.) Class A Members. Class A Members shall be ail-Owners
other than the Class B Members. Owners shalt automatically become
Class A Members--upon purchase of a Dwelling Unit in Tarpon Bay Villas..
(2) Class B Members. -Class B Members shall be Tarpon Bay
Villas, a Florida partnership, its designee, successor or assignee, as
Developer of Tarpon Bay Yillas.
A member shall have no vested rights, privileges, or interests
of, in or to the assets of the association which may be transferable, -
