•RBCBIPT, ACKNOWLEDGN.SNT, ASSUI~PTIOK AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER

Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominius unit at OCEAN VILLAG$ OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND
is subject in every respect to tt?e Declaration of Condominivs as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Bxt~ibits attached thereto, including but not.
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and .
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy~of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and alI Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws add Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said~Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the fo;egoing is essential to the successful operation and oaaage-
ment-of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and-for the benefit of
-all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels~in the aforedescribed
"r+*:dominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said De~lar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under.the-
Property Owner's~Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that .the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the .Property Owner's AssociationR
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restriciions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser .•onfir~s that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Associatian
and other charges are-estimated only. No warranty_or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where ~.he same is specifically warranted or guaranteed _
in said Declaration of Condominium .~nd the Exhibits attached thereto.
