THIS CAUS$ coming on for hearing upon the consent of
Department of Transportation, successor in interest to the.
Florida State Turnpike Authority, Party-Plaintiff, and~upon
the-consent of the attorneys originally representing Scotts
Ranch, Inc. and subsequently representing Adams Ranch, Inc.
who purchased said property, and received an Assignment of
cause,of action from Scott's Ranch; .Inc., and the Court having
reviewed the written Stipulation executed by counsel of record-
- for said parties and the Court further finding that the attorneys' -
fees stipulated•to are reasonable based on the Affidavits filed -
- by the attorney representing the Defendant=landowner and based

on the supporting Affidavits filed on his behalf, it is upon
consideration - - _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:-
- 1. That. the Department of Transportation, -be and -the
same. is hereby ordered to pay the sum of $15,000.00 as a -
--reasonable attorneys' fee to--the law firm of Brennan, McAliley,
Hayskar, McAliley & Deckert, P.A.~, -and that said sum shall'
be in full-payment for all- attorneys' fees and costs due to
said Iaw firm, other than the costs that are set out in this
Order and that said sum lie in full payment for all legal fees -

f 2. That the sum of $1,500,00 be paid to said law firm -
