3. -That the sum of $200.00 be paid for an appraisal -
done by L. W. Halbe to said law firm and disbursed by said
law firm to Mr. Halbe.
4. That the sum of_$100:.Q0 be paid for appraisal
work done by .Jack Tierney, and that said sum be pal&_to said
law firm and disbursed by said-law firm to Jack Tierney.
5. That the tc-tal sum of $16,800.00 be deposited by
the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA, ,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, as successor to FLORIDA STATE
TURNPIKE AUTHORITY, for attorneys'.~fees and costs•awarded and _
that said sum shall be deposited in the Registry of this Court
and the Clerk of said Court is hAreby ordered to disburse -
said sum to the law firm- of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar, McAliley
& Deckert, P.A.,-and paid law firm-will make the disbursements ,
in accordance with the above paragraphs.
- ~ 6. -That the Final Judgment stipulated to by all counsel -
ef rgcord,-inoluding~the Plaintiff, through its attorney,
Elizabeth McQuitty, dated March 26, 197f~, be and the same
shall be entered by this Court in this cause with the express
reservation that should additional information come to the
xnowledge of-the Plaintiff which would require a-modification -
of the legal description of the properties described. in said
~ - - -
Final Judgment which were previously described in an Amended
Order-of Taking, that this Court reserves jurisdiction to
enter any Order which may be necessary to correct the legal
descriptions of the properties involved in this suit.
