- THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint Motion for the -
- entry of a Final Judgment Wade by the Plaintiff and the Defendant
se± forth-hereinbelow, and it appearing to the-Court that the _
parties were authorized to enter into such Motion, and-the Court
finding that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full,
- just and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the_Court being -
fully advised in the premises, it is now, therefore,--
` ORDERED AND:ADJUDGED that the Defendants, SCOTT'S -
- RANCH INCO?tPORATED, .does have and recover of and r"rom the Plaintiff, .

remainder if less than the entire property was taken and foi a1I

- to ?rir. John- T. Brennan, Attorney for Defendant, SCOTT'S RANCH
INC., subject to the interest, if any of Danny N. Knowles as
Tax Collector of St. Lucie County, the aforesaid sum of-Twenty

dollars less an sums heretofore aid to the above-named
