THIS-CAUSE having comae on-upon riwtion of the Plaintiffs for the
appointment of Guardian and Attorney Ad Liter for the absent unknown
defendants, defendants in the-military service of the~=Tnited States of
America, minor defendants and also to represent defendants non.co~pos
sentis or otherwise under legal disability if any, and it appearing -
to-the Court that-such lotion is well taken and the Court being otherwise
advised in the presiises, it is thereupon ORDERED .AND ADJUSTED as
follows: - -
1. That Roger Orr, an attorney learned in the law,-be and ha is
hereby appointed as guardian ad liter for all of the absent defendants,
defendants in the military service of the tTnited-States of Aaerica,
niaor defendants sad defendants non cos+pos sentis or otherwise under
legal disability if any to this cause.
2. That said attorney, Roger Orr, authorised to practice before
this Court be, and he is hereby ~puinted as Attorney and Gaardian
