- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
• - This cause came on for. trial on the '3~~~day of
,1980 and the Court having given-full considera
tion to all the evidence, finds and-determines: This Court
- has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
• suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be-
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon -
ORDERED AS ADJUDGED as-follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between TONY L.
LEFLER and SHARON L. LEFLER be and .the swine is hereby dis- -
solved-and the parties and each of them are hereby #or~-~er.
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby _
enjoined and restrained from interfering with harassing,
or annoying the other. _
3. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to complj with the provisions hereof. -
4. RESTORATION OF NAME: Sharon L. Lefler~be and she is I

hereby authorized tq assume her farmer mine of SHARON L. ,
MONTEITH and to use the same in all respects as if said

l marriage had not intervened.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parries hereto is retained for the entry of such farther
