MASLACK, Wife - - FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 21st day of January, 1980_.and the Court having given full .consideration to all the evidence finds arid-determines:.-this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;-that the re- lation of husband and wife now exists between the-parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of I _ ~ this-Court against PHILIP P. MASLACR be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. . ~ 2. The marriage between PHILIP P-. MASLAGR and PATRICIA - A. MASLACR be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties - and each of them are hereby forever freed frog the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between-them and from-the obligations ~arisinq therefrom. 3. The Wife, PATRICIA A. MASLACR, is granted the sole _ ownership and possession of all the furniture, furnishings and fixtures now located in the marital dwelling at 775 Sandia Drive, ' Port St. Lucie, Flor-ida and that the~Husband has no claim or c interest therein. - - 4.
