the marital relationship and that the said property hereinafter
described shall be awarded to PATRICIA A. MASLACR as the-tenancy
by the e~:.irety was created solely for survivorship purposes

by reason of her extraordinary contributions toward its acquisition.

the above described parcels of -land, if any
The Husband, PHILIP P. MA3LACR, shall. by appro-
priate instrument .convey any interest he may have in the above
described lands to-the Wi€e, PATRICIA A. MASLACR, within ten (10)_
days from the date of this Judgment. to the event the Husband,
PHILIP P. MASLACR, fails to execute such appropriate instzuments
-conveying any interest he may have in-the above described lands
€ to the Wife, PATRICIA A. MASLACR, then in that event this Final _
Judgment shall act as a-transfer and conveyance of any interest
that PHILIP•P. MASLACR-may claim or have in and to the above
described lands to the Wife, PATRICIA A. MASLACR. The Wife,
