19 ga and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and -
subject~matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon - - -
ORD$RED AND-ADJOBGED as follows: - - -
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between-the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the -
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed froaa .the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: petitioner, MARTHA G. KISHEL, be
and she is hereby authorized to_3ssume her former name of -
MARTHA MARY GOLPIZEN - and to use the same in all respects as if _
said marriage had not intervened. -
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or rea l
property to pe.divided. _
