THIS CAUSE came on for. trial this 31st day of January,-1980:
-.and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of -the parties and subject
- matter of this-suit; that.-the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the-parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:- -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above
named persons be an.-~ the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

eachof them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
- 2. STIPULATION. The Joint Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal

of Husband s Counter Petition and Husband s Waiver of .Notice of Final
Hearing admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. -
- 3. PROPERTY. The above named parties both agree that there
is no real or personal property to be divided.
