THIS CAUSE came on for-trial the 31st day of January, 1980,
-and the Court having given full-consideratio:: to all the evidence, _
finds and determinesi This Court has jurisdiction of the par-ties
and the subject matter of this suit;- that *_he relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage -
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
- It is thereupon - - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF -MARRIAGE.. The marriage between the above= -
named-persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and. the parties
~ and each of them are hereby for_~er freed from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
- 2. CUSTODY.. Custody of EVA MARIE HICKS, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to SUSAN HICKS with reasonable visitation
- rights reserved to WAYNE HICKS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 8th day of February, 1980, WAYNE
-HICKS shall pay to SUSAN HICKS, the sum of $25.00 per-week for the
support of t:~e child named above.- _ _ .
