Court having given full consideration to all the .evidence, finds and determines:
1l~is Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit-; that 'the ~ ~
relation of husband and xife nox exists-between the parties; and that the marriage
between~tite parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
-1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. 'I?~e marriage between the above maned persons
.be.and the sane is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of then are hereby for-
evQr freed frog the bonds of •atrimony heretofore esisting betxeen then and #ron the
obligations arising therefrom. _ -
2. CUS"hODY. Custody of MICHELLE MANIETTE, -age 12, born February 13,
1967, and HERBERT MANIETTE, age 9, born September-l5, 1970,
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitianer, -VIOLET- C. MANIETTE,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, HERBERT MANIETTE.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing .the 8th day of February 1980 , .
HERBERT MANIETTE - shall pay to VIOLET C. iKANIETTE
the spa of ~ 100.00 ,per week ,for- the support of Lhe child(ren) named
above.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause,-and the parties hereto is -
retained for the entry of such further orders as nay be proper. _
5. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or reai -
