• This cause came on for trial the 31st day of January, 1980 ,
and the Court having given full consideration-to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage _ -
_ between-the partzes-is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon - -
~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betweenthe above
i - - _ - _
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matr-imony _
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHARLES B. CONKER, age 13, born
October 5, 1966, and JAMES M. CONKER, age 10, born April 3, 1969,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded mutually to -
CHARLES B. CO'.~?NER, II, and-MARY D. CONKER.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. _ _
~ 6. PROPER_TY.. The above named parties both agree-`that there

is no personal or real_Rroperty to be divided. - _
