DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause having came on for trial the 31st day
of January, 1-980 and the Court having given full consid-
eration.to all the evidence, finds end determines: -This
. Court has jurisdiction of -the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
-the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is hereupon _ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - -
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. .The marriage-between
~ ROBERT LEE JONES, SR., Husband and BESSIE MAF JONES, Wife, -
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and - -
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of _

matrimony heretofore existing between them and~fro~m the
~ obligations arising=therefrom.
{ ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Robert Lee Janes., Jr., age 9;
Beverly Yvonne Jones, age 11; and Athelia Lynette Jones, age
12, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
BESSIE MAE 30NES, Wife, with reasonable visitation-rights -
