the evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdictio
of the parties and subject matter of this•suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
- and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be _
dissolved. It is thereupon _
ORDERED AND• ADJUDGED as follows
l._ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE:The marriage between COLIN
ATHERTON and LINDA ATHERTON be and the same is hereby dis-
solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony theretofore existing betwee
their and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: All joint .property of the parties has bee
previously divided by-the parties and-there exists no_dispute
whatsoever as to any joint or personal property..
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause,~and

orders as may be proper. '
