- _ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of January,
1980 and the_Court having given full consideration to all the
- evidence finds- and-determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife-now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon -
Ii - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:-
1. The marriage. between ROBERT_MARVIN SAYERS. and -
KATHLEEN MARY SAYERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are 2sreby forever .freed from the bonds
of ,matrimony heretofore existing between them-and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
- 2. -Custody of ROBERT MARVIN SAYERS, JR. and BRIE _
COLEEN SAYERS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
KATHLEEN MARY SAYERS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
ROBERT MARVIN SAYERS.
~ - 3. Commencing the 25th day of January, 1980, ROBERT
MARVIN SAYBRS shall pay to KATHLEEN MARY SAYERS the sum of $330

each and every-month for the support of the minor children above
named. _
