FINAL JUDGMENT
- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- - This cause came on for trial the 21st day of January, _
1980-and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter.-of this suit; that the relation
cf husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage-
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis- -
solved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJtJDGED.as follows:. ~ -
1. The marriage between JOHN HUGH YOUNG, JR. and PATRICIA
ANN YOUNG be-and. the .same_is hereby dissolved, .and, the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore. existing between them and fray the obligations arising
therefrom.- -
2. Custody of JOHN HUGq YOUNG,-iII, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA ANN YOUNG, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to JOAtJ HUGH-YOUNG, JR. -
~3. CommEncing the 25th_day of January, 1980 JOHN_HUGH
~ YOUNG, JR. shall pay to PATRICIA ANN YOUNG t_he sum of Thirty-five
Dollars ($35.00) each and every week for the support of'the minor
_ child above named.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by hi.ta remitted promptly to PATRICIA ANN YOUNG. In
