This cause came on for trial the 31st day of January, .
19.80, and the Court .having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and detaraines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject utter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
~,erties; and that the-marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should ba dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - .
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. the aarria$e between the above names persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, sad the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and -
frog the-obligations arising therefrar. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of. HEATHER CAROL STRUTHERS, age 4, born
January-7, 19.75-and JONATHAN SWEPSTON STRUTHERS, age 1, born May 17, 1978,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby axarded to Petitioner, RUTH ANN
STRUTHERS with reasonable visitation ruts reserved to Respondent,
DAVID W. STRUTHERS, as long as it is in the presence of-the Petitioner.
3. SUPPORT. Comaencing the 8th ~Y of February, 1980 , -
DAVID W-. STRUTHERS shall pay to R~ ANN STRUTHERS
the sum of Z 25.00 ,per week per child for the support- of the
child(ren) Waned above. - - -
Each payment shall be made to-the Clerk of this Court and by him
-remitted promptly to RUTH ANN STRUTHERS.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of =2.00 as statutory costs to be •
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in -cash,
