_ DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE -
THIS CAUSE, having cane on for trial or. the 31st day of
January, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and a default having _
been entered against the Respondent/Husband and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of-the witnesses,-finds and determines: This
.Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that-the relation of-husband and Wife now exists between the -
parties; and_that the marriage is irretrievably ;token and should be
dissolved. It-is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
-1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ~ G. ARBER,
Wife, and STEVEN F. ARBER, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and-the parties and each of them are hereby fcrever freed from the
-bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, to-wit:
STEPHANIE LEIGH ARBER, date of birth June 7, 1977, is hereby awarded
to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD .SUPPORT. Commencing on the date of this
Order,_ the Husband will pap to the Wife the sum of $40,00 each and every
week for the support of the before-named child; said sum to continue

~ until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or beco~!~!ss self=. ~
supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of -the Circuit -
