Court and by him remitted promptly to BARBARA G. ARBER. In addition, -
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each ,payment made to the Clerk.. ,All payments shall be made-
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are
ordered to. keep the Clerk of this Court advised of. their mailing and
residences addresses at all times-while this Order is in effect.
- 4. .RESTRAINING ORDER. The parties to this action shall
refrain from annoying, injuring, or otherwise harassing the other party -
in any manner henceforth. -
S. PERSONAL-PROPERTY. The Wife is hereby awarded the 1974
Chevrolet and the Husband-shall and he is hereby ordered tb sign all
necessary papers-to convey his interest therein to the Wife.
6. COSTS,-INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. -The Husband is hereby
ordered to-pay to-the Wife's. attorney the sum of $300.00 toward attorney's
. -fees. In addition, the Husband shall pay Court costs in the amount-
of $42.00.. Said sums shall be.paid directly to the Wife's attorney,
Osborne Walker O'Quinn, 201 Sa~uth Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
Said-sums shall be due and payable upon the date of this Order..
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~ necessary and proper: -
