FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIOR`OF MARRIAGE .
THIS CAUSE, having camp on for trial on the 31st day of
January, _1980, upon-the pleadings filed herein and-the Court having
given full consideration to all_the evidence-and observed. the demeanor
and physical condition-of tha witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction-of the parties and the subject nnatter of this
-suit; that the relation of Husband and-Wife now exists between the-
. parties; and. that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon - -
ORDERED AND ADJ[1DGED as follows: -
-
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between PHILLIP EARL HUNTER,
Husband, and MARTHA ANN HUNTER, W;fe; be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
` the obligations, arising -therefrom. ~ -
2. CUSTODY. .,Custody of the two minor children of this
marriage, to-wit: DONALD ALAN HUNTER, date of birth, January 4 , 1963,
and ANITA JEAN HUNTER, date of birth, June 3, 1965, is hereby awarded
to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
- 3. MO1vETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the date of this -
Order; the Husband will pay.to the Wife-the sum of $40.00 each and every
week for the support of the before-named children; said sum to continue

until such time as the children reach majority, marries or becomes
self-supporting., _ - _
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
