St. Lucie County, Florida, Lo wit: - The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 12 2 -B of Phase ~ of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CANDOMINIUM SECTION II (the "Condominium") according to-the Declar~- tion of Condominium thereof, recorded ' C?fficial Records - g~k 340 at Pages 1396 ~uqh ~0 of the Public -Records St. Lude -County, Florida as such Declaration may have_ been- amended by any amendments ,thereto hereto flied in- the Public Records of St. Lude County, - Florida including, but not limited to, any amendment to add -the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium (if such - Phase - be other than Phase I thereof) . Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor hereby - il expressly assumes -and agrees to be _ bound by and to comply with all of the - covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and contained in the aforedescribed Declaration of Condominium, including, but not limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for the maintenance and operation - - of .the.
