this Condominium in accordance with the above-described Declaration of Condo-
minium are "Common Expenses" of this Condominium as provided for in said
tieclaration of Condaminium. ~
This conveyance is made subiect to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes -for the .year .191,q and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoningregulations and ordinances; _
rights, privileges, ~
