FOR VALUE RECEIVEp, the undersigned. promises to_-pay to'the order
of PETER J . = MILOBA.R and L7N~ MAE MILOBAR, his wife, the principal sum
of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN lil:*IDRLD AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25;700.00).
both principal and interest being payable in.lawful money of the United

This rote is payable as follows: I~b interest-or principal shall be due until January
30, 1985. On January 30, 1985,-the payor has the option to either pay the deferred -
interest which has acx~nulated at 8-1/2°~ on the unpaid principal balance of the Praxis-
sory l~bte from January 25, 1980, to and including Jarxiary ~30, _ 1985, or to capitalize
. the deferred interest over five (S) years thereafter. Five (5) principal payments

Each maker and endorser severally waives demand,- protest and rntic:e of maturity, non-
payment or protest and alI requireaents necessary to-hold each of then liable as maker-s
. and endorsers.
Each maker and encbrser further agrees, jointly and severally, to pay all costs of
oollecti,on, including a reasonable attorney's-fee in case the principal of this note
or eery payment on the principal or .any interest therms is not paid at the _ respective _
maturity thereof, or in case it becomes necessary to protect the security theroof,

This note and deferred interest payments-shall bear interest at the rate of S-I/2°L per
arzxm from maturity until paid. _
This note is secured by a second mortgage of ever date herewith and-is to be construed
and enforced.aceording to the laws of the State of Florida upon default in the payment
of principal and/or interest (and such default continues for 15 days) due on any rate
seemed by said Mortgage, all notes so secured and renaming -unpaid shall forthwith
became due and payable notwithstaxling their tenor:
