6. Petitioner hereby waives her right to act as personal
representative end attached .to this Petition is a llaiver and Consent,
which waives her right-to serve ss Personal Representative and consents
to the appointment of Blsie l[. O'Laughlin ae personal representative.
The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are personal property is excess of $10,000.00.
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
- 9. The original of the decedent's last will, dated -
September 25th, 1979, accompanies this petition.
.Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted _
to .probate and that Elsie ld. O'Laughlin be appointed personal representative-
of the estate of the decedent, to serve-without bond.

the foregoing and the facts alleged are-true, to the best of my -
knowledge-and belief. _
