I, FREDERICK G. SCREEN, a resident of-St. Lucie ~
. e
- County, Florida,. do hereby make,~publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me,
- - CLAUSE I: "I direct my personal representative to-
pay, out of mY residuary estate, all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my-last illness. and funeral expenses.
- i d devise to the Ceme und_of ST. MARK'S CHURCH, -
Snydersberq,~Maryland, the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS- _
($1,000.00) to be used for perpetual care.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise to my Trustee herein-
- after named the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00)
in cash or assets equal to that value to-be held in trust, °
- _
however, for the following uses and purposes:
e. During the lifetime of my wife, ELIZABETH M.
SCREEN, the Trustee shall pay all of the net income
in convenient installments to or for the-benefit -
- of my said wife. In addition, the Trustee may -
pay as much. of t2ie principal of this trust as the-
Trustee determines to be necessary for the heal-th,
maintenance and support of my wife, ELIZABETH M.
- SCREEN, in accordance with the standard of_living
- to which she has been accustomed during my lifetime.
Upon the death of my wife (or upon-my death if she
- does not survive me) the entire balance of this ~
trust estate; or mY probate estate,.as the case
may be, I direct be divided into eight (8) equal
-shares and one of each of such shares shall be
-distributed to my sons, FRSDERICR WILLIAM SCREEN
_ and ROGER LEONARD SCBELM, and to my granddaughters, _
MRS, D0L0RE3 PATRICIA JOURDEN, ELIZABETH DIANE -
- SCREEN, AUGUSTA JANE SCHEL.M, SANDRA LEE-SCHELM~
- THERESA JEAN SCREEN and GINGER LISA SCREEN, share
and share alike, per stirpes. - -
- CLAUSE III: I give-znd devise the rest, residue -
~ and remainder of-my property outright to my wife, ELIZABETH '
M. SCREEN, provided that if she does not survive me, then all -
of said property shall go instead in eight (8) equal shares t
