5.' ROSWELL A. CLARK, whose address is set forth above, and
who_is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as -
personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference
in appointment-as-personal representative because he is the personal
representative named in the decedent's last Will.
- 6. The nature and approximate value-of the assets in this-
Estate are as follows:
. ~ Real Property - approximate: $20,004.00
Cash and Personal Fropertq - ~ -
approximate: $10,000.00
- 7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set-forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated August-17,
1972, and subscribed by RUTH BARTLETT and CHARLES E. BECHT, as attesting
witnesses, accompanies this Petition. _
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be -
admitted to probate and that he be appointed personal representative-
of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
