" ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause c=oming on-to be heard upon stipulation of
the parties hereto and counsel of-record for the Husband, and -
- the Court being fully advised in the premises it is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED~as follows:
1. The Final Judgment entered in the above entitled -
cause be and the. same is hereby modified in that the care, custody
- -
and control of the minor children, MICHAEL WHEELER and WADE WHEELER,
is hereby granted to the Wife, ELIZABETH WHEELER HOGAN, granting to
the Husband, DAVID MITCHELL WHEELER, the right of reasonable vis-
~I _ tation.

2.- The -Husband, DAVID MITCHELL WHEELER, shall not be

required to pay to the Wife, ELIZABETH WHEELER HOGAN, any sum for
the support and maintenance of the minor children above named.
