On the Order on all matters incident to the dissolution .
of marriage, previously entered herein and dated January 23,- 1980,
-is is hereby
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the same is hereby modified only as -
hereinafter ordered, and said modification. is to have the same force
and effect as if said, terms had been specified in the.original -
~ Order entered January 23, 1980, to_wit: -
1. ORDER OF CONTEMPTs Upon the Motion for Contempt
filed herein by the-Wife, it is adjudged that the Husband, JOHN -
~ A. CHESTER, is found 'to be guilty-of willful contempt of this
Court for his willful failure-to pay child support-payments as
directed iH the Order Setting Temporary Support duly entered -
herein bn~November 29, 1979. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED -
that the Husband pay to the Wife the sum of $240.00, which is
based on a total arrearage of $450.00 less the credit of $210.00
given by the Husband to the Wife at Christmas. In the event the -
Husband fails tq~ make the payment as- above aet forth or. or before
January 1980, then he is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30)
-days in the St. Lucie County Jail as punishm t for contemptG~?~id

incarceration to"commence on the ! y, 1980. -
E Provided, however, he may-purge himself (either before or after
I incarceration) and be released by paying the said $240.00. It -
is therefore ordered that ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE
