THIS CAUSE-was duly presented by the State Attorney
and the Respondent having-been present in Court, and~the
- - Court being advised that-the-Petitioner is .receiving $213.00 -
pe-r month from the Respondent's Social Security benefits and
- $14.50 per month from-the Respondent's VA benefits, and being-
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is - - -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the
Petitioner for the benefit of RODNEY JAMES HABER,-born -
- February 21, 1966, minor child, the sum of $13.00 per week,
plus an additional $2.OQ-for payment of Clerk's fee for
receiving and-disbursing support payments. These payments-

are to begin on the 1st day of February, 1980 and thereafter -
. on the first day of each and every-week. That said payments
shall. be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money -

- order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, '
- Florida, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, ~ i
_ and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Elmer -
Lentz, Chief Domestic-Relations Officer, Domestic Relations {
Office, One Montgomery Plaza, Suite 303, Airy & Swede Streets,
Norristown, Pennsylva*~ia, 19404-.
