DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came. on for trial on the 22nd.day of January,
1980, and the Court having-given full consideration to all the
evidence, and upon stipulation of the parties, finds and determines:-
That-this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relationship .of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that~the marriage is irretrievably bro-
ken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED_AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RONALD
A. RUBANOWICE and HELEN M. RUBANOWICE be and the same ig hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them _
and from the obligations arising therefrom. _
2. CUSTODY. The Wife is granted custody of the minor
child o£ the marriage, ANTHONY JOSEPH RUBANOWICE, age 8 months.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of ,
1980, the .Husband shall pay to.the.Wife the sum of $200.00 each and
every month for the support of the minor child named above. In
~ addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or-cashier's .check. Both of-the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their

' mailing and residence addresses at all times. while this~Order is in
effect.- In addition to the wc~kl;; support, the Husband shall be
