The Husband. shall be responsible for the payment of support until the minor child reaches the age of 18 years. t 4. VISITATION: The Husband shall have reasonable rights -of visitation, said visitation to be outside the former marital - - home and, until the-minor child name above-reaches the age of 2, said visitation shall be in the presence of the Wife. Neither party-shall remove-the minor child named above from the State of Florida witho-ut the written consent of the other, or after petition and approval of same by the appropriate court of the State of Florida, with the exception of a two-week period annually to-allow the-child to be removed from the-State for purposes of vacation. . 5. AUTOMOBILES. That-each party shall execute whatever - documents are necessary and perform whatever acts are required in - order to transfer title to the autoII~obile in possession of the other party,to that party. - - _ 6. -REAL PROPERTY.- That the.garties shall own as-tenants. in common-that real property located in White City, Florida,. more particularly described as follows: - Lots 21 and 22, Block 2, Riverdale Yacht. - Club Estates,--Unit 2, according to the f - plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, - - - Page--40 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; - that the net proceeds from the sale of said property shall be divided - eoually between the parties hereto except as provided as follows. - 7. CAR PAYMENT. -That the Husband shall pay that payment due on that automobile now in the Wife's possession, said payment due Januarq 18, 1980, in the amount of $132.67 and that in considera- tion thereof, the Husband shall receive credit in the amount of 100.00-- 1 - $ against the amounts due the Wife upon the sale of the aforementioned. r ~ real -property . - - - 8.
