The undersigned, as guardian of the person and
property of FLORENCR E._ZIMMERMAN, incompetents alleges:
1. The_need for the continuation of .this guardian-

ward is now deceased.
2. Petitioner-files herewith a final return con- .

taininq a full and correct account of all receipts and -
disbursements of all the ward's property of which petitioner
has control since the last return filed herein, if any,
_ or from the commencement of the administration of this
- ~ guardianship if no prior return has been filed, which
return includes a statement of the ward's assets. -

beneficiaries of the estate of FLORENCE E. ZIMMERMAN, Deceased,
their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
