For-the purposes of this paragraph (B), construction of the
first-transmission line by FP6~L shall be deemed to be com- -
plate when FPbrL provides written notice to Rebus that support
structures are in place and lines have been strung between
such structures on the Property. FPS~L agrees that it shall
provide such notice within thirty.l30) days of such completion.
It is the-intent of this Agreement that sufficient -
water (as may be naturally available) be permitted to flow
into the Cypress Area from the Property and to be retained _ .
in the~Cypress.Area to promote the natural function thereof.- -
This statement of intent shall not prohibit Rebus from con-
- .structing additional improvements on the Property or in the
Cypress Area which affect the flow of water into or out of
- the Cypress Area, p=ovided that the improvements shall not
impair the natural function of the Cypress Area. -
(C) FPb~L during the construction of the transmission -
- lines in the Cypress Area shall, at its own cost and expense,
perform-its construction activities such thatc
(i) in the Cypress Area if the service .
road between the two transmission lines which -
are the subject. of the Development Order is
constructed above gacade, then culverts shall
be installed to interconnect lateral borrow .
areas as necessary. to insure water flow into
