OPTION TO PURCHASE
1. GRANT OF OPTION: In consideration of the $um of

Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars, in hand paid and other valuable
consideration,-receipt and sufficiency of which .are-hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned, hereinafter called the Seller,
- who covenants that shy is_the owner thereof, hereby for herself,
- - her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns,
offers and agrees to sell and-convey to DAVID S. McGUIRE, or
if he should die before exercising this option, his children, -
DAVID S. McGUIRE, JR. and SHERIDAN McGUIRE, hereinafter called
the Buyer, and hereby grants to-the Buyer the exclusive and
- irrevocable option and right to purchase under the conditions
- hereinafter provided, the following described lands located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: -
- Lots 22 and 23, Block 5, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, -
UNIT ONE, according to the glat thereof as -
- recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 43, of the- Public -
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, limitations
- and easements of record, if any.
The title to the land is to be conveyed free-and clear

of all-encumbrances except for those listed herein and those
appearing on the Public Records:
2. TERM OF OPTION: Exclusive-right-to purchase the- -
land described herein shall terminate on January 28, 2020
3. PURCHASE PRICE: The total purchase price for the
land described herein is Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty

~ 4. ABSTRACT OF TITLE: The Seller agrees to deliver -

title continued down to the date of the acceptance of this
