BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared - -

and says: -
1. That she is the same ~oRtTl~~ ~R.Ce~ i~ -who was shown
as personal representative and as a recipient of a Mortgage in that
certain Assignment of Mortgage executed by Lottie L. Wrobleski and
Dorothy Ercolin as personal representatives of the Estate of Bonnie -
Reed Sandefur Johnson, Deceased formerly known as Bonnie Reed Sandefur
dated April 20,1978 and recorded in O.R. Book 289 at Page 1007 of
the Public Records. of St.Lucie County, Florida. -
2. That-there we~ce two mistakes in the above-described Assignment
of Mortgage and where the date Gf the assigned-mortgage was shown as
November 5,1978 it should have stated November 5, 1963; and where
the Assignment of Mortgage showed the Official Record Book as 74 and
the Page as 270~it should have shown said Pa3e as 271. -
3. That in fact the Assignment of Mortgage was to assign that
certain Mortgage executed by Willie Grace McLynden in favor of Bonnie
- - -
Reed Sandefur dated-November 5,1963 and recorded in O.R.Book 74 at -
Page 271 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida in-the
original-principal amount of $12,808.82 encumbering the following
described property: - - -
.Lots 1 and 2 of an unrecorded plat of WERT SUBDIVISION of y
- Lot 35 of MARAVIL%a~l c;ARDENS; UNZT 1, as -per plat thereof .
recorded in Plat Book-6, Page 55 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida being more particularly described
as follows: - - -
For a point of beginning being at the Northeast corner ~f _
Lot 35 aforesaid and from thence run West along the Nor!~n
line of-.Lot 35 aforesaid 176.00 feet thence run South 96.3
feet to-the FEC railway right of way,from thence run North- -
easterly along the right of way 188.5 feet from thence, run
North 29.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, Less and Excepting -
_ the East 7 feet thereof for right of-way of U.S.Highway #1
