has rsceived full payment of the indebtedness evidencsd by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises descri~in, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Cirtut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
