In its Complaint, the Plaintif f sought to enforce the provision of a certain Salesmen's Employment Contract with provided for non- competition after termination of employment in the counties of Brevar , Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and Saint Lucie. The Defendant filed its Answer admitting the allegations of the Plaintif f's Complaint. The parties stipulated that the Defendant, NORMAN MILLER, would f refrain for a period of two years following the date of the termina- l tion of his employment with the Plaintiff, or his retirement there- from, either directly or indirectly, by and for himself, or as an agent of another, or through others as his agent from divulging the names of the Employer's Policyholders and accounts to any other person, firm or corporation and from in any way directly seeking to e r encoura a the discon- induce, bring about, promote, facilitat o g tinuance of or in an wa solicit for and in behalf of himself or ~ Y Y others, or in any way quote rates, accept, receive, write, bind, broker or transfer any renewal or replacement of any of the insurance business, policies, risks or accounts, written, issued, covered, obtained (whether through the efforts of the Defendant or not) or carried by the Plaintiff in the territory assigned to the Defendant under the Employment Contract, said territory consisting of the I 6G'~ dM~7 PAt~ ~
