for building materials furnished upon the above described property
owned by the HUTCHIN90N ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for value
received, does hereby release Its said lien upon the property herein-
above described, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to satisfy said lien of record.
