accrued and regular paysients Were not sade. At the present tine Respondent states
he is unes~ployed, having been disengaged the Welnasday before this hearing date
of January 25, 1980. lttis setter is continued for thirty (30) days to enable
Mr. Mauldin to reestablish employsieat and present to the Court his efforts to
secure employsent together with an agreed sue to be paid on arrearages along
with regular weekly payeuents. If not, he shall be issued a rule to show cause
why he should not be sentenced for sixty days in the St. Lucie County Jail.

entry of such further order as nay be proper..
