BEFORE MS, the undersigned authority personally appeared
JOYCE M. McGRAW, who states that she 1e Deputy Clerk under Roger
Poitras, Clerk of the-Circuit Court in and .for St.Lucie County,
Florida and states as follows:
1. That "Fultz's Resubdivision Of Block 2 Of Dittmar'S
Addition to Edgartown, Fort Pierce, St.Lucie Co: ,Fla." is recorded
in Plat Book 1 Page 9 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida.
2. Further, there is a Plat entitled "Fultz's Resubdivision
of Resubdivision of Block 2 of Dittma~s Addition to Edgartown, Fort
Pierce, Florida" which plat is recorded in Plat Book 3, Paqe 36 of
the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
3. That Lot 14 appears only in the Plat entitled "FULTZ'S
RESUBDIVISION OF RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 2 OF DITTMARS ADDITION TO
EDGARTOWN, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA" which Plat is recorded in Plat
Book 3, Paqe 36 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
t and that nowhere in the Plat described in paragraph 1 above does.
there appear a Lot~14.
4. Further Affiant sayeth naught.
