TBIS CAUSB coming. on to be heard before ma on _ -
application for Final Judgment, and it appearing. that a Default
was duly entered on the 30th day of October, 1979, and the
Plaintiff having produced and-filed in this Court the original. ,
note of the Defendant sad the sworn statement of the Treasurer of
Plaintiff as to the account against the Defendant sued hereon, and
it appearing to the Court that the Plaintiff is entitled to
recover on said Note the sum sued for, to-wit: the sum of
$166,887.97, principal and interest through January 21, 1980, with
interest accruing thereafter at the rate of $38.91 per diem, for a
total sun of $ t , and the Court being otherwise advised
in the premises; it is, upon consideration thereof
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff does have

and for damages, together with a reasonable attorney's-fee in the
