This caust coming on for hearing upon the Joint Motion of the
parties moving for a Summery Finat Judgment and the Court being fully
advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. -That the Motion for Summary Final Judgment be and the same
is hereby granted.
2. That the plaintiffs having heretofore had a Suanary Judgment
entered in the abovestyled cause as to PEENING A. BUTTS and CLARA E. BUTTS,
his wife, and thereafter upon an Amended Complaint, the CITY ~ FORT PIERCE
being made a party, and which CITY OF FORT PIERCE has subsequently consented
to the entry of a Summary Final Judgment, the Court finds that the plaintiffs
have a right in the property described as:
Lot 3 and the East 5 feet of vacated alley ad3acent on Nest of
Block 15 FLORIANA PARK S/D as per plat Book 2, Page 7, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
lots 3 and 4 and the East 5 feet of vacated alley adjoining on
blast and that ppaart of Carolina? Avenue ad~oinirtg on North of Lot 4
81ock 14, FLORiANA PARK, a s~div#sion as per plat. thereof on
file in Plat book 2, Page 7C, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
lot 4 and the-East 5 feet of vacated alley ad3acent on Nest and
that part of vacated Carolina Avenue ad3acent on North, Block 15,
FLORIANA PARK, awarding to the plat. thereof recorded in-Plat
Book 2, Page 7C, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
superior to the rights of the named defendants and that the title be and
the same is hereby confirmed in the plaintiffs, R. E. SLAY, JR. nd BETTY
J. SLAY, his wife, and that the defendants, and any and a 1 ar es
