Comes now the Defendant, HENRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF, by and
through his undersigned attorney, and would show unto this
Honorable Court that all of the defendant's property, both real
and personal, is subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court,
pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the Federal Bankruptcy
Act. Said bankrupt~:having filed a Petition in Bankruptcy in the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida
on January 24, 1980., and also on that date was adjudicated; said
bankruptcy being "In the Matter of HENRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF, Case No.
80-00074 - BKC-TCB"; that an automatic stay is in effect as provided
by Rules 401 and 602, Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, against the
commencement or continuance of any action or enforcement of
judgments or liens against the bankrupt or the bankrupt's property;
that said proceedings have not been dismissed and-that the claim
of the Plaintiff in this cause is founded upon a claim which a
Discharge in Bankruptcy .would release; that the right to discharge
has not been determined by the Court nor lost or waived.
