to paragraph 1 of said Motion to Dismiss and is denied as to
paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
The Plaintiff shall have ten days from the. date of this Order
in which to Amend her Complaint.
2. Defendant's Motion to Strike is hereby denied.
