THZS CAixSE having come on upon joint motion for-the
entry of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the
Defendant set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the
Court that the parties were authorized to enter into such.
motion, and the Court finding that the compensation to be
paid by the~Plaintiff is full, just, and reasonable for
all parties concerned, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJ U~ ED that the Defendant s
Richard J. Stewart and Elizabeth E. Stewart, his wife,
does have and recover of and from the, Plaintiff the stns of
Three thousand and no/100s dollars ($3,000.000
in full payment for the property -(designated parcel 148)
taken and for damages resulting to the remainder if less
than the entire property was taken and for all other damages
of any nature connected with this cause. It is further,
