January,_1980 on closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of
the following .described right of way sad-renouncing: and disclaiming
any right of St. Lucie County and the public. in and to the lands
lying rithin that portion of said right of~way in St. Lucie County,
Florida described as follows:
• Russo Road extene~ion thirty (30) feet wide as -
set forth in County Commissioner's: Minute Book.
V, page 157, April 16,.1929, as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Section 9"i~,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, thence (1) west
on Section tine to a point fifteen (15) feet east
of the northwest corber of the northeast one-
quarter of the northeast one-quarter of said Section
9, thence (2) north parallel with the 40 acre line
one-quarter mile, more or less, to the east-and west
40 acre line, thence {3).west on said 40 acre line,
one-half mile, more or .less, to the intersection-with
Koblegard Road.

WHEREAS,•at said public hearing there were no objections to

closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of.St. Lucie County and the public fn and

stoners of St. Lucie County, Florida, inn meeting assembled this
22nd day of January,. 1980 as follows:
