Declaration of Oondaainiue and. Exhibits, and
MfREAS, the trustees hold such property for the use

NOM, ThEREFORE, the trustees do herewith declare that
they do hold title to the above described real property as trustees
and not individually and that they hold such title for the use and
benefit of the beneficiary described herein and that. the beneficiary
is entitled to the rents, profits, usage, and all other benefits and
detriments arising from the ownership of such real property,
.together with the furniture and fixtures contained therein. The
txvstees will, upon request of the beneficiary at anytime, execute
a trustee's deed to the property as well as the personal property to
