That I, Roger L. Foltz of IIpper Arlington, Ohio, do hereby, slake,
constitute and appoint Ruth B. Foltz of Opper Arlington, Ohio, my true
and lawful attorney in fact for me, and in my name, place and stead, and
'for my use and benefit: '
~ To compouad, compromise, settle acrd adjust all claims,. debts and
" demands, due or hereafter to become due or owing or belonging to me, or
which I may now or hereafter owe or be liable for;
To pay, at any tine, and frog time to time, any and all claims, debts
and demands, incurred by me or by sly said attorney for me, or for which I
may be liable, irrespective of whether the same be evidenced by a note,
draft or-other written instrument;
To borrow money upon such terms and conditioas as my said attorney
may determine, acrd to mortgage and pledge my assets as security for the
repayment thereof;
To grant extensions of time for the paymeat of any claims, debts

security, for such periods and on such terms as my said attorney shall
deem best; '
To establish checking or savings accounts in my name, and to make
deposits to or withdrawals from these established accounts and aay other
